These Terms govern your access to Insta GAMES websites, mobile games, support channels, and related services provided by INSTAMARKETING & GAME SRL. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
App Store Terms
Our iOS games are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download, purchase, subscription, refund, and device use may also be governed by Apple terms, rules, and payment processes. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, Apple terms apply to that part of your use.
Eligibility
You must meet the age rating and legal requirements for each game you download or play. If you are under the age of majority in your location, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms.
In-App Purchases
Some games may include ads, subscriptions, virtual items, currency, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. Except where required by law or Apple rules, purchases are final and non-transferable. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through your Apple ID or Apple support.
Acceptable Use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, or disrupt other players.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute our games except as allowed by law.
- Do not use our services for harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or harmful conduct.
- Do not submit support messages or content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Our games, websites, graphics, names, logos, code, audio, design, gameplay systems, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, website, support channel, or service at any time. We may also modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, INSTAMARKETING & GAME SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our services.
